Penny Home Concierge is an AI-powered call-answering and appointment support service designed for independent real-estate professionals. Features may include answering calls, collecting caller information, responding with approved business information, qualifying inquiries, scheduling appointments, and routing calls.

Demonstration only

Public demonstrations are examples of how the service may operate. They are not a promise that every feature, integration, response, or workflow will be identical in a customer's final configuration. Customer services are configured separately based on approved information and available integrations.

AI limitations

AI-generated responses may occasionally be incomplete, delayed, or incorrect. Penny must not be used as the sole source for emergency, legal, financial, tax, mortgage, investment, contractual, appraisal, inspection, or other professional advice. Users are responsible for reviewing important information and maintaining appropriate human oversight.

Penny Leads and Datafy AI LLC do not act as a real-estate brokerage, broker, agent, lender, attorney, appraiser, inspector, tax advisor, or financial advisor through this website or demonstration. Property availability, pricing, financing, legal obligations, and transaction details must be verified with the appropriate licensed professional.

The Penny Home Concierge and Penny Leads names, designs, website content, graphics, and service materials are owned by or licensed to Datafy AI LLC. They may not be copied, resold, or used to create a competing service without written permission.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The website and demonstration are provided on an "as available" basis without warranties of uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Penny Leads and Datafy AI LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages arising from use of the website, demonstration, or service.
