AI calls and communications
Penny is an AI-powered voice assistant. Calls may be recorded, transcribed, summarized, or analyzed when permitted by applicable law and when appropriate notice or consent has been provided. Do not share passwords, Social Security numbers, payment-card details, or other highly sensitive information with the AI assistant.
Service providers
We may use trusted providers to support call handling, scheduling, email, website hosting, analytics, and related business operations. These providers may process information according to their own terms and privacy policies. Our current services may include Retell AI, Cal.com, Google Workspace, and website-hosting providers.
How we share information
We do not sell personal information. We may share information with service providers working on our behalf, with a real-estate professional when you request contact or an appointment, when required by law, or when needed to protect rights, safety, and security.
Data retention and security
We retain information only as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy, our business records, and legal obligations. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no online system can be guaranteed completely secure.
